2. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept secure payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Delivery

We offer two delivery options:

Local Delivery (Hampshire/Dorset areas):

Available to selected local areas. Please contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your postcode.
Delivery days may vary depending on your location.
We’ll always aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of any delays.

UK Nationwide Courier Delivery:

Courier delivery is available for most items across the UK.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days where stock allows.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Courier delivery may not be available for some raw or frozen items—please check product pages or contact us to confirm.

4. Horse Feed & Bulk Orders

All horse feed, bedding, and large animal supplies are available by order only.
Orders must be placed in advance, and availability may vary depending on suppliers.
Bulk orders may be delivered locally or arranged for courier shipment, depending on weight and location. Please get in touch for options and quotes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of raw food and feed, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless damaged or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

6. Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate.
Product appearance and packaging may vary depending on supplier batches.
All feeding recommendations are general guidance only—please consult a vet or qualified nutritionist if unsure.

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in line with UK data protection laws.
