Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our premises.

Areas covered include:

Ringwood
Verwood
Fordingbridge
Surrounding local areas within approximately 10 miles

Local deliveries are carried out on our normal delivery routes. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and route planning, but we aim to deliver within 1–5 working days.

Local delivery is free of charge.

Local Collection (Click & Collect)

We offer free local collection from our premises.

Collection is free
Orders must be placed online in advance
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

Standard Courier Shipping (England & Wales)

We currently ship to England and Wales only.

Delivery charges:

£5.99 standard delivery on orders under £45
Free delivery on orders over £45, excluding bulk items

Delivery timeframe:

Orders are usually delivered within 1–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods

Bulk & Heavy Items

Certain products are classified as bulk or heavy items due to their weight, size, and low margins.

Bulk items include (but are not limited to):

Horse feed
Poultry feed
Farm feed
Bedding
Hay
Straw

These items typically weigh around 20kg and often require one item per parcel, making them significantly more expensive to ship.

Bulk item delivery charge:

£7.50 per item

Bulk items are excluded from free shipping offers, regardless of order value.

Supplier-Shipped / Online Exclusive Items

Some products on our website are delivered directly from our suppliers rather than from our premises. These items may also be described as Online Exclusive.

Important information:

Supplier-shipped items are delivered directly from the supplier
Delivery is usually 1–5 working days, similar to our standard delivery times
Shipping charges for these items are calculated individually at checkout, depending on the supplier

Mixed Orders (Multiple Delivery Methods)

If your order contains a mix of:

Locally delivered items
Bulk items
Supplier-shipped / Online Exclusive items

Your order may be split into separate deliveries.

Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout for each delivery type.
